Returns & Exchanges

At Illest, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
